In 2003,  we changed our name from Tech Industries when we were acquired by
Portola Packaging, Inc., a major global supplier of closures and bottles to the beverage industry. In 2004, we were able to take advantage of Portola’s global locations to expand our manufacturing capabilities into China and the Czech Republic.
